Microphone and audio

The mini program requests microphone permission and collects audio only when you use the voice feature. Audio streams through an encrypted connection to the Mac you authorize. The connection service does not store recordings. The Mac uses the audio for the voice input feature you choose. If you deny microphone permission, you can still use remote control buttons.

Membership and payment data

We process your membership email, WeChat account identifier, orders, payment results, and membership status. We use this data for sign-in, purchases, refund verification, and membership restoration. We use verification codes only to verify your email address. WeChat or Apple processes payments. We do not receive bank card information.

Device connection and local storage

We process device identifiers, connection authorization data, and connection status. The mini program stores the last confirmed membership status on your device and gets the latest result online. Clearing local data does not delete your account, orders, or membership.

Error records

We keep necessary request results, payment errors, and operation records. We use these records to investigate faults and verify transactions. They do not contain verification codes, sign-in keys, or recordings. Do not send sensitive information in issue reports.

Your choices

You can turn off microphone permission in WeChat settings or sign out on the membership page. Signing out ends the current device's session. It does not delete orders or membership. To view, correct, or delete account information, contact support@sayall.app. Transaction records that we must retain by law are not deleted when you sign out.
